My mother in law and I stopped by on our tour of furniture stores in the area, looking for recliners for her and a dining room set for me. I also had my toddler in tow, safely contained in a stroller. We didn't even make it all the way through the doors before one of the sales ladies stopped us and told us pretty rudely that the stroller wasn't allowed in the store. What do they expect you do to, hire a babysitter to go furniture shopping? Or just let the babies run around the store while we shop? I saw enough of their customer service right there. My mother in law was just as offended, she found her recliners at one of the other stores, and I'm waiting for my dining room set to come in.
