Had a few great haircuts with one of the hairdressers. But last time I went in, she started cutting. I said, "Hey, we know what we're doing, right?" She assured me she knew / remembered the way I wanted my hair cut. Normally, I'd go over the details again, but I knew she was bright from previous conversations. Big Mistake!!! Got home and took a careful look. I wanted a bob cut longer in front. She cut it one length. She cut one side with minimal layers. She cut the other side with lots of layers framing my face (which I didn't want!) The left side was 1/4 to 1/2 inch longer than the right side. After I washed it, it didn't look right. The layers were sticking out funny in back. Usually, after a salon cut, my hair looks great even before I style it because the cut is so good. I am depressed. It will take 3 months for the many layers she put in in around my face to grow out and I have to wear my hair behind my ears in the meantime. Thanks a lot! Not going back and from now on, wherever I get my haircut, I will take photos and show of what I want done and show them each time. The trust is gone for good. Was she having a bad day? Maybe. But why take it out on a customer?
