I purchased a phone and it turned out to be defective. I went into this store and told the manager just exactly what was wrong and he insisted that I take it to another Sprint faciiity as this particular locaton did not have technicians qualified to effectively test out my phone. They are not a Corporate store. So, rather than trust that I was telling the truth about what was wrong with my phone (what was wrong with it did not happen when he tried it) I did say that what was wrong with it, was sporatic...he sent me to a Corporate store. I had to travel 30 minutes in heavy traffic and then wait 45 minutes to see a technician...the technician confirmed that the phone was defective.....I then traveled another half hour to the first store. Then I told the manager that it was confirmed that the phone was indeed defective and presented the card of the technician to verify the phone was faulty.....he then refused to switch out my phone that was by the way still under warranty because I did not keep the box!!!!! I was fumming. I went home and called Sprint (and by the way...it was cutting in and out so bad the Sprint operator could hardly understand me)and they told me that all he had to do was use the box of the new phone and print out a new label. Sprint told me to go to another store and I went back to the Corporate store and they ordered me a new phone!!! This whole ordeal should have taken about 15 minutes and it took more than 4 hours. Do not go to this location. It is not a fair representation of Sprint an it is NOT a Sprint Corporate store.
