From the moment I walked in the door at Chuck's World of Carpet, I felt a sense of Quality. The store is beautiful and laid out in an inviting and easy to access way. The selection was far superior to any other flooring store I visited. The staff was friendly and courteous, eager to help me, but never over bearing or trying to sell me. The person who helped me was so knowledgable about the products and so helpful, not trying to sell me the most expensive product, but wanting to give me the highest quality while staying within my budget. He came to my home to measure my space and brought samples to my house and helped me match my room and furniture.
