I have been involved in folk music for 30 years. Hogeye used to be the 'go to' place in a 3 state area. Unfortunately, the store has been in decline for a while. The last time I was there, the stock had been completely depleted, and quite frankly, the gentleman working there didn't even greet us (the only customers) when we walked in. If you need something, call first to see if they have it. Hopefully, the economy will change and the old Hogeye that I knew and loved will make a comeback. (They need to hire someone else that's interested in helping customers, too. I was so off-put by the disinterest that I'm not sure I would have bought anything even if they had it!)
