I tried to get my neon sign repaired, they said it would be ready in a week. I came back, the tech said it takes a FEW weeks. Two weeks later, she said it would be ready. I came by....not ready. Next she said it was ready and all she had to do was pick it up from the other office.. Still not ready. After a month of this, I picked it up myself. It never got repaired. I felt glad to get it back at all! Never can I remember such lousy service and so many trips back and forth for nothing!
Pros: They were close to my home
Cons: Never kept one word they said.
