Bait and switched me- The salesmen claimed he made me a deal. said I could pick up my bed in store-instead I had to drive out of my way to the warehouse- Then Gave us the wrong bed (model below with damage). Store claimed the salesman wrote down the wrong serial numbers.Waited 2 days (sleeping on the floor) Got the sleepies delivery men to come to my house where they claimed I damage the bed and Insulted me in my own house. The problem never got fixed and I only endured more disrespect and emotional distress after. I will never buy from them again. I have never been through such a horrible experience and I have to pay for a damage bed and get stuck with the model (less expensive) than the one I ordered. Pros: nothing Cons: They were terrible on customer service and follow-through more
