I am very pleased with the technician, Jeff 794, who came to 3711 Tulane Drive promptly and looked at the current problem and made some very helpful suggestions that I will get Roto-Rooter to implement in the near future. He fixed the leak I called about. I liked the service much better than American Home Shield, so I give him A++++. Will call Roto-Rooter again. Thanks, Karen Robertson
