This restaurant provided an overwhelmingly disappointing experience during a recent Saturday night visit. It started off so-so and deteriorated towards the completely unsatisfactory. The "three artisan cheese" hors d'ouevre plate was dubious - the blue cheese tasted suspiciously Danish; the other two cheeses betrayed furtive,Trader Joe-like flavors. The main courses were brought to the table within 7 minutes of ordering - never a good sign. The maitre d' then jostled my left elbow and arm which were knocked into the side of the table. My wife's halibut proved to be lukewarm; all the accompanying vegetables were cold - not enough time in the microwave, we surmise. The rib eye steak was similarly cool and chewy; the potatoes au gratin too dry.
