this lens crafters location had the most non responsive service. I purchased a pair of Rayban sunglasses from Lens Crafters and the tint started bubbling a little over one and a half years later. I went to this location to find out what could be done. The sales person basically stated that I must have put something on the lens and there was nothing that they could say about why this haapened. The General manager came over but never even made eye contact or spoke to me at all. She stated that it was not normal for sunglasses to bubble up.Do NOT Give this location business. TRy the SOuthwest PLaza location for people who care. They also said BTW if I purchased the new lens that I could not do so witbout a new prescription.
