I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people renting cars in my career. They let my in-laws wait almost 2 hours and then charged my wife's credit card the entire amount of the rental on her card despite the fact that it was pre-paid. Their 1-800 customer service number clowned on the airport staff for being unprofessional and actually spoke to the staff behind the counter and the manager, in front of us, put down our cell phone and stopped listening.
Unreal. Currently trying to get the unauthorized charges back.
