Only a few weeks after moving into a new house we, had a backup in our main line. Water was coming out of the bottom of our toilet and the shower was not draining - at 11:00 pm. We called Roto-Rooter and they were here first thing the next morning. The team of Eddie, Ted, and Apollo quickly diagnosed the issue and and were able to clear the back-up! Not only were these men friendly and professional, but they were willing to clearly explain what may have caused the problem and how I can avoid the same thing happening in the future.
