After calling and getting assurances they could align the rear wheel camber on a '79 Vette and I didn't need to make an appointment, I dropped in to get the car fixed. This is tricky and difficult work so I figured a Chevy dealer would be safe.
After standing around for 20 minutes waiting to talk to a service rep, I noticed people were being shepherded out of line behind me to front of the line. Also, people who arrived after me were having their cars put in line ahead of me.
I left in disgust. Even then someone asked me as I walked away if I had been helped. I said I've been waiting 20 minutes and no one has even talked to me. He let me go without trying to rectify the problem.
My 31 year old Corvette needs work and will need work again. I don't have the tools to do everything and would glad pay for competent service. I guess Stewart Chevy doesn't need my money.
