My first impression of this company was great. They were very professional when they came out to give us an estimate. They were very friendly and nice when they picked up eveything that was being shipped. But then my opinion changed. When they dropped off my furniture they informed me that they would have to use a shuttle which would cost more money. They then forgot to put all the furniture in the shuttle so I had to wait around an extra 2 hours for them to bring me what they had forgotten. And further they never offered apologies.
