These agents help me get insurance for a 100$ cheaper a month for my beat up car when I had bad credit and no money. They have continued to offer me cheap insurance as I increased my policy to include 2 cars, including a brand new one, home, renters, and life insurance for a very affordable price. When they forgot to fax documents to my loan holders for my car, my loan payment was increased. I called them and they fixed everything right away and was very apologetic that they had forgotten to fax this information for me. I have been with this company for 10 years with a 2 year stent in between that I went with progressive and I must say that I have never been disappointed with them. My husband has used Geico and Progressive and I have used progressive but none has been as awesome to work with as State Farm and Shelby Brock has been very helpful that I recommend this branch to anyone!
