The tech that arrived was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgable. We were in a bind with a basement drainage problem. We were inpressed at the time the tech took to explain the problem and how to prevent it in the future. We are also thankful that he had a great attitude even though it was early Sunday morning and Father's Day!
