RR came out to snake the main drain. After 2 hours, the tech told me he hit a blockage and that I would need a camera to determine the problem. The camera tech came out a few days later and showed me a root ball in the middle of my line and suggested I buy a $6,000 liner to prevent pipe breaks. The first step in installing the liner is removing the root ball, so I asked him to do that first. He refused saying his crew wouldn't come out just to remove the roots. I called another company to remove the roots and they found the pipe to be in good condition. RR was clearly looking to sell a higher-cost, unnecessary product than just finishing the job I hired them to do. They have lost my business for good.
