Called Litehouse for service on a leaking pipe attached to pump for our indoor pool. I also told Diana, the scheduler that I wanted help w/staining in the pool.
I was warned that it would cost $85 for the service call, and an additional $85/hr for the actual service.
The young man that came out took nearly an hour to write up an ESTIMATE to fix the plumbing and had no idea what to do with the stains. He took a water sample & promised I would hear from them later that afternoon.
He charged me $184 FOR WRITING UP AN ESTIMATE. Needless to say, I never heard from them about the water sample. WHAT A RIP OFF!
Cons: Very disappointed in our first experience.
