The existing comments sound more like an advertisment put there by the company. I have not used this company but I know people who have used them. Recently a technician from the company showed up at my friends home. Neither she nor her husband was home. The man told the babysitter that he need to speak to the owner immediately. The sitter called my friend at work. When my friend called the company to inquire what was going on the women from the company was very nasty to her on the phone. Acussed her of "ditching her bill". The fact was, my friends contract just expired and she hadn't decided if she was going to renew the contract. She was not very happy with the service and was exploring her options. The representative from the company was very rude and told her that she either provides a credit card number or the technician would remove the sentricon devices.
