called on sunday the owner (I beleive) Paul was friendly and helpful on explaining the process and equipments they use set up appointment for 12pm Monday.\r
12:15pm I called Paul to confirm appointment he said the tech was running late b/c of a previous job taking longer will be there no longer than 1 hour later. \r
2:30pm called no answer, call company no one answer\r
3:25pm Paul call back appoligizing about his tech sendin a second tech saying he'll be at our place less than 30 min\r
4:30pm still no one showed up we're about to give up at this point\r
I called at 4:55pm he said the tech was around our neighborhood but having trouble to locate our place.\r
5:20pm the cleaning has finally started (tech was nice) took about a little over 1 hour to complete\r
the good - my vent is cleaned on Monday like I original wanted to\r
the bad - over 5 hours late!!! Paul did not offer any types of incentive of discount for being 5 hours late! and the tech did not screw the vent covers on tight enough few
