This WALTS in Covington/Kent: is run by greedy, un-skilled people. They love to "throw" parts into your car when TRYING to fix a simple problem.Because they really don't know what they are doing, obviously not trained, just shooting in the dark. I had my car there reciently, and they told me it needed all these parts replaced, then I took it into East Hill Tire, in Kent, and the problem was fixed with a simple repair to the plug on a sensor. WALTS will rip you off, and song and dance with you about what they are doing. The young kid who seems to runs the place seems more qualified to work at McDonalds, cooking french fries, then a auto service shop manager. I am telling all my friends and neighbors in the covington area, to avoid this place. It was once, ( many years ago), a great place to go, when there were more skilled people working there. I'm guessing those people are working at better shops now. WALTS in Covington is just as others have stated, a oil change shop. Thats it!! You
