This would have been a good experience except that the service techs were too lazy to place the spare back into position in the trunk. I had advised them this kind of lazy customer service was why I had stopped doing business with Goodyear, and damnned if Firestone didin't do the same thing.\r
It's just lazy, poor, customer service.
