Went o the Hub today to pickup my bike for a tuneup and found that I owed $25 for it because of service fees and installing two tubes including labor when I specifically asked them not to install the tubes on the bike. When I asked them about it they just shrugged it off and said,"well you got new tubes..." I don't appreciate hidden fees and unnecessary work performed on what is supposed to be a free tune up. Would not buy another bike or anything else from them, the only reason I got the bike from them in the first place is because they were the only ones in town to carry the brand I wanted...
