Customer service is the worst. The woman who answers the phone thinks she's a little king in her little kingdom. Very confrontational and will not answer your questions or let you speak with a manager or the owner. Kept me on hold for 12 minutes. If you want to be able to speak with an intelligent person about your AC - DON"T use this company.
