New to area from L.A.; stopped in looking for specs; person who finally waited on me (was on the phone behind counter) seemed indifferent and not very knowledgeable about higher-end eyewear. Prices were too high for that kind of lower-end service; I went to Market Optical in Bellevue Square instead, and got really good service, very friendly & attentive staff, and nice product selection so that's who I gave my business to.
