I reserved a limo for 12 people, when I got the paperwork it only said limo for 10. I let it slide since I only had 10 RSVP, but when the day came I had one come that didn't RSVP. One of us sat up front with the driver which wasn't a big deal except WE COULDN'T FIT 10 PEOPLE IN THE 10 PERSON LIMO. I had 2 people sitting on laps and one on the floor! We blew it off and just tried to have a good time. Then the DRIVER GOT LOST, with a GPS up front with him. To correct this he stopped in the middle of the road in traffic and pulled out into oncoming traffic. The rest of the ride was him going so fast at start ups that he literally threw some girls off the seats in the back. When I called to make these complaints, they said that they wouldn't take my word for it they would speak to the driver and get back to me. When they called back they said they "wouldn't discuss it with me", and I needed to call back on monday (this was sat) if I wanted to discuss further. I called on mon and was told
