I have been taking my dogs to be groomed there for a couple of years. I noticed the woman who does it gets in no hurry to come to work and takes off plenty during the week too. My dogs are having a fit when I pick them up because they have been caged most of the day. Today, 6/1/10, one dog was dropped at 7:30am and we were told we were 2nd in line. Good! But...at almost 2pm my husband called and was told it would be another hour! I showed up at 3pm and had to wait for 10 minutes because the groomer was on the phone. Autumn was the only employee at the front willing to see what the problem was. Give me a break! I was told by their (very poor) manager that REGARDLESS of when you get there all dogs boarded go ahead of yours and since the groomer doesn't want to come to work until 10:00 I guess I'm very fortunate it wasn't dark. I highly recommend them if you want poor service and doing business with employees who think they come before the customer and their animals! They just lost 3 do
