The actual product was good, however, the service couldn't have been worse. Late arrivals, freehand painting which caused stains on the walls and stripped the new paint less than a week old, a 3-man crew only one of which spoke marginal English, an office manager who didn't listen to any concerns and was very unprofessional. I had to write 2 letters to the owner (who I had to track down on the internet) since I couldn't contact him through the office. It was a very stressful week. I'm sure I could have had equally good work done from another company without all the stress.
