Took my car in April of 2009 for a $150 flush. They convinced me I needed a $2500 transmission and this would prevent any future problems. I trusted they knew what they were doing. BIG MISTAKE!!! My transmission went out again less than 14 mo. later. I was told by a manager that parts go bad all the time. I should have spend $800 more on a warranty, in which, one of their employees advised me against and told me I had a good trans and it was unlikely to have anymore problems. So in a nutshell, they don't back up their products and they have no loyalty to their customers.
