I have to disagree with Tracy M. I have been using Kennedys for years and have never had anything but a pleasant experience with them. Perhaps you didn't understand that the $79 is the cost to diagnose your problem and the cost of repair is separate from that (again, I've been using them for years and they still explain this to me everytime I call for service).\r

And yes I am a REAL customer, I would post my name and number here, but that would be stupid. However, call Kennedy's and ask for their references, rest assured, I will be one of the people you speak to. \r
