Gave them a chance after hearing so much about them. Got the coupon for the 17-point inspection. Technician came out and stayed for quite a while inspecting everything. He even took me up in the attic to show and explain in better detail one of the recommendations he suggested. Didn't feel pressured to get anything extra done and he even offered some tips to help get better performance. Very impressed with my first encounter.
