They will sound like they are great after your first meeting, and they will claim to want to help make your day perfect. In my situation, they made excuses for everything, had to schedule multiple meetings because the paperwork was never right, and then it all culminated on the wedding day. She called me the morning of the wedding and tried to tell me why it was my fault that not enough flowers were ordered and that she was going to scramble to try to fix it... the morning of the wedding? What happened to customer service and helping calm down the bride on her wedding day? The bouquets and boutonnieres looked nothing like what I had ordered and paid for. The flowers were small and cheap, and they were poorly put together. Multiple flowers fell out and broke off of the bouquets. If you try to approach them to discuss the issues or concerns you have, they do not care - they already have your money. And they will have plenty of excuses for why it was your fault and not their own when they know they skimped and did not deliver what you paid them for. AVOID! My wedding was perfect except for the flowers.
