I have worked out most of my life, but due to a couple of health related breaks in my routine, I was having a very hard time getting back to exercise. The regularly scheduled times with John AAron have helped me do that.\r
He has had to really individualize my workout due to my age and old injuries. He's been great at that. I look forward to my exercise now and can feel myself getting back into some reasonable shape. Thanks Muscle Mechanics.
