My husband joined me at this practice after quite a few years. They wanted him to come back again for a particular service. They, however, performed additional service, without notification, which the insurance did not cover. All to the tune of $390. Within moments of my conversation with the billing manager, she became derogatory and started telling me how ""you people need to learn to take responsibility"" and ""even my children would have known what questions to ask"". It was absolutely horrible. She said she would talk to the dentist and return my call - she did not. I wrote to the dentist - still no response. Actually, not entirely true - I was sent a bill with finance charges tacked on.
Pros: modern office, friendly dentist
