The young lady I spoke with was charming, courteous, helpful and thorough - I could not have asked for or expected better.\r

The building was clean and tidy and the wait that I had before seeing an advisor was minimal.\r

You should remember that these advisors have to deal with all sorts of stupid questions nearly all day long and this must be enough to try the patient of a saint.\r

All in all, I was most impressed.\r
