We had Canyon Pool install our pool 18 years ago and where satisfied with their performance. Through the years we had some tile fall off in one corner of the pool and I would call them for repair and they would fix it. In the later years they would charge for it, which was fine by me. About 3 years ago this stopped and although I called several times and got the response ""they would have the boys out to fix"", no one ever came. The last time I called I explained I understood that this was a pain for them and could they suggest a tile person I could work with independently. After no return calls for 6 months, I went to another company and had my pool resurfaced and new tile. In retrospect, I assumed they were just too busy for such a small job, but I would at least expect a phone call to explain. . Pros: Good design and installation Cons: Wouldn't return phone calls more
