\r My name is Donna and I live in Allentown, New Jersey, I have 3 grown children and because they grew up under my dental motto of “do as I say and not as I do” they all have perfect teeth. I however only went to the dentist when I absolutely had to. Over the past several years I talked myself into going back to my old dentist and starting some of the work that I know I needed. I would go in for the consult, they would tell me what had to be done and I would say, “Ok, let’s do it”. They would walk me to the front desk and we would set appointments, unfortunately they were 3 and 4 months down the road, and in that time I decided that nothing was hurting or bothering me so I wouldn’t go back. \r \r Several months ago I again decided to get the work done, I did research and found Brighter Dental – I went for the consult with Dr. Singer, he did not judge or yell (for some reason we all think we are going to get yelled at) In an easy to understand way he laid everything out and told me what had to be done, timeframe and cost. This time when I said “ok, let’s do it”….I was in his chair the next day. I am getting several implants and I can honestly tell you that if I had found Brighter Dental years ago I would not need implants now. When friends and family asked me what the difference between Brighter Dental and my previous dentists I realized it was the little things that were done right. \r *Appointments are not months down the road\r *When you are getting work done by any of the Brighter Dental staff – they stay with you and get it done. They don’t leave and work on another patient at the same time.\r *Every aspect of dentistry is covered in one office so you are never sent anywhere else.\r *Since you are involved every step of the way – the fear of the unknown is gone. \r *Last but not least – Dr. Singer and his staff are just all around great people. \r \r I used to dread my next appointment and now I am one of those patients that if Jen from the office calls and says she had a cancellation, do I want it – my answer is always yes. That is truly amazing to me…and all I can say is Thank you Brighter Dental. \r more
