At Lance's Service Garage they pull you back into the shop to show you what they are doing. They let you get a hands-on look and include you in what they are doing.
I have been using them for a year and a half at least, and I have never had a problem. They are very timely and get their customers in ASAP. I have been to a lot of places, like dealerships, where they have you wait. It might take days to get in for someone to look at the car, and no one even talks to you.
Lance's Service Garage will get you in right away. They look at the car on the spot, and that day or the next day the repair is done. If you have something on Wednesday, it is done on Thursday or maybe Friday morning.
I would suggest just going there. Everyone says that small-town mechanics might take advantage of you, or that they don't have good quality repairs. The mechanics at Lance's are the same that work in major dealerships. In fact they are better because they treat you like a person and have personal interaction with their customers. I recommend them to friends already.
