We hired this guy in January for a job to be done for our busiest week of the year in May. By march he had the permits pulled and we had provided the artwork. In April he told us he had not recieved the artwork although we had put it into his office mailbox a month earlier. We then resent the artwork. The job was not even started by the time we needed it. He put up half of the awning to get something up, blaming the delay on his sign provider and promising to finish the job the next week. Two weeks later I called to see what was taking so long and tell him we were not happy with the one logo that was up and he started yelling at me and blaming me for the dely he had blamed someone else for a few weeks earlier. I am now working with Key West Canvass and Sail and they are fantastic. Stay away from the Awning Guy!!
