WeI went in there thinking we'd get a good deal since it's a small mom/pop type store, but the prices are same as all the other furniture stores of its type around there. \r
We purchased a couple of dressers and a mattress. The owner was very nice and told us we would have the items within 2 weeks. We actually recieved them within a week. \r
****** The Delivery********\r
When the guy came to deliver, he was in an ordinary pick up truck which I thought was kind of odd. My furniture was shrink wrapped except the dresser mirror, which made me worried. As I inspected the items I noticed that the mirror looked used (I bought NEW), it had scuff marks and stains on it. The dresser was shrink wrapped, but the laminate on the doors was already peeling. My mattress was fine and in packaging and the second dresser was fine. \r
*****The Conflict***\r
My husband called the owner immediatley (before the delivery guy left), and told him about the condition of the dresser and mirror and question why the mirror was the only thing NOT shrink wrapped. The owner said, there was nothing he could do, because that is how the items came off the delivery truck to him. I was furious!! I sent the dresser and mirror back with the delivery guy and as of the next day the owner still has yet to even call us. I will update and see if he redeems himself!!
Pros: friendly owner (if you are buying and don't have an issue)
Cons: poor service when a problem arises
