I really do not like to write negative reviews, everyone has a bad day, BUT, my biggest pet peeve is bad customer service. Especially at a specialty store where people are sure to have questions they need answers to. I called this morning (a Wednesday morning after the holiday weekend, I am sure the store was not crazy busy) and the guy who answered could hardly wait to get off the phone with me. He partially answered my question and gave a gruff ""yeah bye!"" as I was half way through my next question. In turn, I'll never walk half way through their door.
I would suggest Leslies down the street for your pool needs, they are a national chain but their staff is great and prices are competative.
Cons: Horrible Customer Service over the phone
