Talis is horrible. I feel sorry for you if you move to a location where they are 'in charge'. They blame homeowners for everything and never take responsibility for anything!!!! They nickel and dime you for everything yet when it comes time for them to do something, like repair a cracked driveway, they ignore requests. There are countless examples we have experienced that show what a HORRIBLE company this is. I cannot wait to move out of there on August 1st--after living there since 1996...
