Purchased lot to have custom home built on. Builder missed completion deadline by one month. Never showed up for walk through or had the decency to show up at closing. Did walk through with realator... missing chair rail molding, no molding or completion in master bath around whirlpool tub. Poor paint work. Poor cleanup.. Forman son-in-law, made excuses, said John was broke... never finished repairs before warranty ran out... DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY... he may have been good years ago... but now is very bad to work with
