I wish I could give fewer than one star. The customer service is beyond terrible. They NEVER call to say anything is ready, they don't order parts in a timely manner, until you call after weeks to remind them to order the parts. They actually lost parts from our snowblower. It took numerous phone calls just to get them to order the parts. We brought our snowblower in for repairs in mid February. When I went to pick it up on May 28th, it still wasn't done. For the delays, damaging our equipment, and horrendous customer service, we didn't even get an ""I'm sorry."" If you have the nerve to complain, the sales person (Danny in this case) will ignore you and simply walk away. This company is the WORST!!!
