Three out of the three times I've been there the wait to get what I ordered was ridiculously long. Two out of the three times they lost my order. I'm not even sure how. The counter person took a cup and wrote on it, and somehow the cup didn't get to the person making the coffee 3 feet away. There was one person working the counter taking orders/money. A second person was making both food and beverages. So if the customer in front of you orders 2 sandwiches and two beverages, expect to wait awhile, and cross your fingers they don't lose your order in the meantime.
