Went to urgent care on a Friday with larngitis. Monday and I am still miserable. Sunday was the worse.\r
Had a follw-up call on Monday and when I requested information and a recommendation for a decongestent, the arrogant staff member who called and asked me about the service I received told me to go to the interent! Would not, or could not give me the information or offer to contact a doctor with my question.\r
I am not sure why the high charge for service when you cannot get service. Maybe the staff should be trained for customer service!
