My grandfather was physically abused while staying at Carehouse. He was taken to Western Medical hospital for a fall when they noticed bruises on his head and face. A report of elder abuse was made to social services. Social services investigated and found the report to be accurate. There were eye witnesses to the abuse. Why didn't they say anything when they saw the abuse happening? My grandfather is now in a safe place, but is suffereing emotionally and physically from this trauma. Please do not send your family members here and stay as far away as possible!!
