Philip Ciampa Salon took me as an emergency walk-in fix appt. over a year ago. Heather the stylist, not only fixed the mistake, she gave me the best cut of my life! I go once a month and Heather never fails to do a job that leaves me floating out of the salon feeling beautiful . This is not easy since I am very picky about what I like. Heather listens, suggests, and then does what can only be described as art . I have spent too many years and too much time trying to do to my hair what Heather does in under an hour. The whole salon from shampoo techs on, are very professional . Philip Ciampa Salon is a New York city salon tucked away in a little strip mall.
