Okay, I must admit I have had a couple of decent appetizers but in visiting nearly half a dozen times in the last three years I can not seem to find any great entrees here nor can I find any positive reviews from anyone other than professional viewers. It isn't that the food is exceptionally terrible, but if I'm going to spend $40+ on a small portion fish dish, it had best be remarkable especially since there is great fried halibut to be had at the weekend market a few blocks away for less than $10. The only conclusion I can draw from this is that there is some kind of extra-preferential treatment when the folks at S&S know someone will publish a favorable review while the rest of us are left with a highly hyped, but ho-hum experience. For much better downtown dining at a much more reasonable price, I recommend Saks, Orso, Glacier Brewhouse, Snow Goose, Snow City Cafe, or Platinum Jaxx.
