Mission Viejo Transmission really is a stand up company. There is no guess work with them. I have been using them since the 1980's, so really since I was a kid. I did not use them as my sole provider for that whole period, but for things like clutches and transmissions I certainly used them. As of late, I have been bringing them my entire car for all services.
Of course there are always those times when something goes wrong, but typically Mission Viejo Transmission does a bang up job on repairs. If for some reason something does go wrong, they stand behind their work. They are a people of integrity, and Kevin is a man of integrity. I never have to worry, because if something doesn't get fixed, Kevin is a man of his word.
They do business like it should be done. I would highly recommend them. They are great guys, and it is easy to do business with them. I can't say enough about them; they bend over backwards for their customers.
At the end of the day it is rare to run into people with integrity. You don't have to worry about Mission Viejo Transmission replacing parts that don't need to be replaced, or driving up costs. Everyone there is like family, and they have a good time working.
